HOMICIDE

Flood Street at St. Claude Avenue; Oct. 14, 9:53 p.m. Police found Cicely Crawford McCallon, 37, at an abandoned car wash. She was shot several times in the head and body. Paramedics pronounced her dead on the scene.

Treasure Street, 3400 block; Oct. 12, 2:55 p.m. Tyrone Reynolds, 22, was shot in the Desire neighborhood. He was pronounced dead on the scene. Two other men were shot, one in the leg and one in the chest.

HOMICIDE

Canal Street, 800 block; Oct. 14, 7:42 p.m. Brad James, 29, was shot by a security guard working at the Canal Street CVS Pharmacy. Police said James was trying to steal several items. James started to beat the guard, but the guard drew his pistol and shot him several times. He died after paramedics brought him to LSU Interim Public Hospital. The guard was taken to Touro Infirmary for treatment of injuries.
